Refunds and Returns Policy
RETURNS
30-day return policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please confirm your order number and state the reason that you are requesting a return.
If your return is accepted we will confirm this to you via email and include instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please contact naturallyewesoap@gmail.com if you have any questions regarding returns.
DAMAGES/WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can rectify any issues.
EXCHANGES
We will only exchange items if they are defective or damaged or if the wrong item was received/an error on our part. The best way to exchange an item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 working days. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
